1 Bottle Collection
Used PET bottles are collected
from recycling streams.

3 Shredding
Bottles ate shredded into PET flaks.
Mechanical process, NO chemicals
5 Dyeing
Yarn is dyed to required colors.
Low-impact dyes reduce water and chemical use
7 Finishing
Scarves are cut, sewn, and tassels added.
Efficient cutting minimises fabric waste
9 Packaging
Scarves are packed for shipping.
Uses Kraft paper which use less chemicals
2 Sorting & Washing
Bottles are sorted and throughly cleaned.
4 Yarn Creation and Strengthening
Flakes are melted and spun into rPET yarn and it is twisted and tested for durability.

6 Weaving
Yarn is woven into scarves on jacquard looms.
Woven designs last longer than prints
8 Quality Check
Each scarf is inspected before packing
